This was an AWESOME episode! I've always found Mark compelling, and I love the quick pace at which he talks, lol. You get into a lot of topics here that were really fascinating, and I respected the fact that he gave his honest opinion even when he thought his take would be controversial in the community. One example was his concept that the unraveling of the dollar was likely to take decades rather than something that would occur in the near term. The discussion spinning off of the Vegas/gambling theme was interesting, where he commented about how hyperinflation is happening so fast in some countries, that people are forced to take risks and "gamble" to beat inflation. Also, I had never heard about the connection between Lenin and Keynes, and after hearing that, I looked it up and found exact references to what he was talking about in the Inflation chapter of Keynes "Essays in Persuasion". Finally, having Ben as a co-interviewer along side you worked quite well and added an extra dimension to the discussion. Cannot recommend this enough! Great episode!
