Hey, 18 “likes”. A storm of positivity is brewing.

Since comments always lack, here’s one for viewers/readers to consider:

From AI:

Germ Theory vs Terrain

The debate between terrain theory and germ theory centers on the fundamental causes of disease and how the body responds to pathogens.

Germ Theory

Germ theory, popularized by Louis Pasteur in the 1850s, posits that diseases are caused by external pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. According to this theory, these microorganisms invade the body and cause illness regardless of the internal state of the host. This theory forms the foundation of modern medicine, including the use of vaccines, antibiotics, and antiviral drugs to combat infectious diseases.

Germ theory emphasizes the contagious nature of diseases and focuses on preventing exposure to pathogens or eliminating them once infection occurs. It assumes that disease can strike anyone, regardless of their overall health, and places the emphasis on attacking or avoiding germs.

Terrain Theory

Terrain theory, developed by Antoine Béchamp and supported by contemporaries like Claude Bernard, argues that disease arises not from the mere presence of germs but from the internal environment of the body—referred to as the "terrain." This theory suggests that a healthy body with a strong immune system, balanced microbiome, and good nutrition can resist or neutralize harmful microorganisms. Conversely, a weakened or imbalanced body provides a fertile environment for pathogens to proliferate and cause disease.

Terrain theory emphasizes strengthening the body's natural defenses through lifestyle choices such as proper nutrition, exercise, stress management, and avoiding environmental toxins. It views many microorganisms as opportunistic, only becoming harmful when the body's internal balance is compromised.

What’s also needing mention is that within the ‘Human Biome’ exists

-Over 380 trillion (yes, that’s correct) viruses.

-The number of bacteria in the human body is estimated to be around 38 trillion.

-A reader can ask the same of parasites, fungus, yeast, etc.

Bottom line: who is keeping whom alive?

I think the answer is beginning to become clear.

We can either care for the biome God gave us, keeping it in harmony, or try to run and hide along with Pasteur and his posit-ure’s theories.

Dr. Kruse's comment at 19:24: "Sunglasses are a shit coin".

Dr Cohen's comment starting at 17:06:

"And when it comes to Jack's work and what I've so admired about his work is this emulation of nature as this ultimate decentralized system that we're meant to emulate as well.

And so when you look at the natural light and dark cycles, how we're meant to receive natural sunlight at different times of day, we're meant to receive dark darkness at night, and that's what fundamentally regulates our biology when you look at the centralized narrative around the sun is toxic no matter what, make sure you put on your sunglasses, which, by the way, in Prague, probably 80% of people I've noticed wearing sunglasses. I don't know if it's a fashion statement, I don't know what it is, but this is one of the worst things that you can do for your health.

You're literally cutting off the most important signals from the light environment to interact with your brain and tell your body what time of day it is, regulate your appetite, your energy expenditure, your hormone production. There are so many important things that happen when that natural light's interacting with your eye."

She's strongly suggesting, and I believe rightly so, that the eyes are a recipient AND a projection of information, sending signals throughout the body.

One more parallel thought of consideration: The skin is the largest organ of the human body. It too is a massive multi-directional communication system.

From Sayer Ji's website:

"Most Americans heavily rely on sunscreen for sun protection if they are planning to be outside for an extended period. They strongly believe that they are protecting themselves from skin cancer through this practice, but, in fact, they may be increasing their risk to skin cancer.

In fact, sunscreen interferes with the body's natural mechanisms of sun protection, which have been perfected over hundreds of millions of years of life's evolution on earth.

Given how much advertising we get urging us to use sunscreen, people probably assume that there is plenty of evidence that sunscreen protects from skin cancer. If this is true, then it is hard to explain why melanoma prevalence has been steadily rising in step with the rise in the use of higher and higher sun-protection-factor (SPF) sunscreens over the past two decades.

Sunscreen disrupts the body's natural mechanism of sun protection: melanin synthesis. Sunscreen protection only lasts while the sunscreen is topically present. Melanin, produced in response to sunlight exposure, on the other hand, builds up over time and eventually produces a healthy tan with protection that can last for weeks or even months.

The powerful antioxidant effects of melanin protect you from the UV rays, while you can still enjoy the many health benefits of visible light and infrared light.

For Bitcoiner's: Consider spending less on sun-protection products (all lies) and invest in Bitcoin instead.

Sunscreen also contains toxic ingredients that cause damage to the skin in ways that might result in sustained disruption of sulfate synthesis.

Particularly disturbing is the aluminum that is added to emulsify the zinc oxide and titanium dioxide additives (the active ingredients).

Sunlight is protective against at least four distinct diseases and conditions: cancer, heart disease, hypertension, and bone fractures."
